Melissa Lee has led the social media growth and digital content development for Firehouse Subs for almost 10 years. In her present position of Director of Digital Content, she leads the brand’s social media and digital strategy efforts that include audience building, paid media, community management and content creation. A 12-year communications and marketing professional, Melissa graduated magna cum laude from Flagler College in St. Augustine, Fla., where she was a member of the women's soccer team and an academic all-American. Melissa resides in Jacksonville, Fla., with her husband James, daughter Ava and their Jack Russell Terrier Patch.
